Career Day offers students the opportunity to meet with industry representatives and find out how their chosen field of study can be applied in the "real world". In addition, interviews are conducted with prospective employers who are looking for qualified candidates. Career Day is co-sponsored by the department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture and Green Industries of Colorado. The Career Fair will begin in the Main Ballroom of the Lory Student Center at 9:00 a.m. and will continue until 3:00 p.m. The Green Industries of Colorado provide a luncheon to the registered students, faculty and industry personnel. Following lunch, awards are presented to the outstanding senior student in the Horticulture, Landscape Architecture and Landscape Horticulture majors.
